I'm Catie Loy, an Oregon native who grew up on the stunning Southern Oregon Coast. As a lifelong creative problem solver, I have a passion for bringing visions to life, particularly for small businesses and non-profits. With nearly 20 years of experience in graphic design and print media with the South Coast Shopper, I launched Cre8ive Cat Designs in 2023 to offer design services to our local community.
